Young Doctors' Movement Representative

Prof. Dr. Fabian Dupont, MHPE is a multilingual family doctor, professor, GP, and medical education researcher based in Germany.

With clinical and academic experience across Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania, he is driven by a passion for global collaboration and innovation in primary care. As lead of the EYFDM Podcast, EYFDM council member and past recipient of the EYFDM Young Researcher Award and the WONCA Scholar award 2024, he is known for amplifying voices of young family doctors across Europe.

Fabian heads medical education at Saarland University and works as a GP in a small practice. His work focuses on competency-based education, blended learning, and international exchange. He believes that medical education should empower and connect – across disciplines, countries, and cultures.
