About the conference
The conference will bring together family doctors, primary care professionals, researchers, trainees and health leaders from across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. It is presented as an opportunity to share knowledge, explore current developments in family medicine, and strengthen quality primary healthcare.
The meeting also coincides with the 50th anniversary of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians, giving added significance to the event for the host organisation and the wider family medicine community.
Venue
The conference venue is the Xiqu Centre, located in the West Kowloon Cultural District. The venue is part of one of Hong Kong’s major cultural hubs and sits alongside Victoria Harbour.
The Xiqu Centre includes a Grand Theatre, Tea House Theatre, seminar hall, studios and atrium spaces, making it a fantastic venue for plenary sessions, smaller meetings and networking activities.
Call for abstracts
The organisers warmly invite submissions for oral and poster presentations from family medicine experts and primary healthcare professionals worldwide. Accepted abstracts will contribute to the latest discussions and advancements in primary care.
Abstracts are grouped under five categories, spelling out the word HEART:

- A - Accessibility & Equity
- R - Resilience & Sustainability
- T - Telemedicine, Technology & AI
Call for symposium proposals
Submissions are also invited for symposium proposals for the scientific programme. Symposiums provide an opportunity to explore important topics in depth through coordinated presentations, expert insights, panel discussions and audience engagement.
