Articles of Association Updated June 2026

The Articles of Association are WONCA's foundational legal document, setting out its status as an international not-for-profit association, its purpose, and the framework under which it operates.

WONCA By-laws Updated June 2026

The By-laws set out the rules governing WONCA's membership, governance bodies, elections, committees and day to day operation. They give practical effect to the principles established in the Articles of Association.

Organisational Policies Updated September 2025

WONCA's organisational policies cover the standards, procedures and expectations that guide the conduct of the organisation, its officers and its committees.

Strategic Plan 2023 to 2027
