Dr Donald Li, immediate past president of WONCA, was honored with a special award from the Cross Straits Medical Exchange Society of General Practice (member organisation of WONCA) during their AGM on April 15th, 2023.

This prestigious award was presented by the Cross Straits Medical Exchange Society for the first time in recognition of Dr Li's outstanding contribution to the development and promotion of family medicine in China, as well as for his efforts in training talented family physicians in the country.
