About the Webinar

This interactive session will open the 2025 World Family Doctor Day webinar series, focusing on the mental well-being of family doctors themselves. As part of our global campaign, Building Mental Resilience in a Changing World, this event explores how family doctors can avoid burnout, build sustainable self-care practices, and support one another through peer connection.

The webinar will feature insights from the ASPIRE burnout survey and practical tools to help clinicians manage stress, develop healthier boundaries, and foster resilience. Presentations will offer global perspectives, with special attention to early-career doctors and diverse practice settings. A Spanish-language presentation and live interpretation will be available.
