The WONCA Working Party on Quality and Safety warmly welcomes you to join the second in our webinar series on the role of Human Factors Science in improving primary health care. We are delighted that our speaker for this session is Christine Sinsky MD, Vice-President, Professional Satisfaction, American Medical Association. Her topic will be: “Creating a Manageable Cockpit for Clinicians - Fixing the Workplace, not the Worker”.

  • Learn how this can improve primary health care worldwide.
  • Understand shared lessons on human factors from other areas.
  • Get to know some practical human factor toolkits to support day-to-day Family Medicine/General Practice and primary health care practice.
